# App Connections

We intend to be the central platform that bridges the gap between various other applications. At the beginning stage we are currently in, WIRTUAL can connect to the following apps and devices mentioned in this article.

### Connect to earn crypto

In order to earn crypto through your submissions, the results sent in must be through automatic submission from the following apps and devices. The starting point you will be in when you sign up allows you to send in one submission per day. If you would like to increase this limit, you can purchase wearables with special features for your Avatar.

**Smart Watch & App**

You can use any brand of smart watch to participate in our challenges. If your brand of smart watch is **not** Garmin, Fitbit, or Apple Watch, we advise you to download the app **Strava** in order to send in your activity results to us.

**Garmin**

If you use **Garmin** smart watch, you will not need to download any additional applications. Simply follow along the image below to connect directly to WIRTUAL.

**Fitbit**

If you use **Fitbit** smart watch, you will not need to download any additional applications. Simply follow along the image below to connect directly to WIRTUAL.

**Health**

Users may now connect their smartwatch with **Health** app via **Apple Watch** to submit their exercise results to WIRTUAL — making your Exercise to Earn even more fun and easier than ever! Simply click connect on Health.
